Shipping

A flat shipping fee is charged for each order. The shipping fee (postage / packaging costs) varies due to the weight and number of products ordered and is shown in the shopping cart during the ordering process.

Within Germany we deliver free (except carpets).

Delivery area details

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in the following countries:
Germany, Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Great Britain, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lebanon, Lesotho, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Panama, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Republic of South Africa, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, USA, Vatican City

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place within Germany with a delivery time of 3 - 5 days, for delivery within the EU with a delivery time of 5 - 10 days and for delivery outside the EU with a delivery time of 14 - 21 days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Delay

If there is a delay of more than 7 days in the processing of the order, we will inform you by email.

Subsequent deliveries

If some of the goods you have ordered are not available, these goods will be delivered free of charge as soon as possible.
